"Very Professionals" I recommend this dealership where everyone is very professional, agreeable, and fast. For the 1st time, I didn't feel trick like I used to be with the other dealership. They are fair with the client, know how to communicate and explain every details of the step. I am glad that I found them.
"Heath has been our adviser for years. He’ always keep us..." Heath has been our adviser for years. He’ always keep us informing on how our services on our cars are doing. We are very please with him.
"service" We have had Tim Curlee as our service advisor for a few years now as we have purchased 4 vehicles from Planet Nissan. Tim is absolutely wonderful; he always keeps is informed and is on top of everything. We really appreciate him...if we could give him 10 stars we would.
"Maintenance appt" Brought my car in for standard oil change/tire issue (Ken is great-always friendly!). Although I made an appointment Nissan had my car for 5 hours, leaving me without a vehicle all day.
"fast and easy" The service department was great, fast and friendly. Zach is a great advisor and knows his cars. Would return to this shop. The shop facility was clean and organized.
"Oil change" Planet Nissan has always been consistent with the service time frame that was specified with each of the five appointments that I scheduled with them.

"Friendly Staff" The staff was all very friendly and helpful! The only reason this is not a 5 star review is that everything took much longer than originally estimated. But, staff was great and the work was done well.
