"service appointment oil change" IN FOR ROUTINE OIL CHANGE SERVICE. IT WAS ACCOMPLISHED EXCELLENTLY, HOWEVER, THEY FOUND A LEAK IN THE BATTERY AND REPLACED IT, WHICH WAS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY. FINDING THIS POTENTIAL BIG PROBLEM WAS HUGE. A FANTASTIC AND SUPERIOR JOB BY THE SERVICE DEPT!!!!!!!
"Quick and easy, Employees were likable and professianal." I always worry what salesman shark is going come out when I pull up to any dealership, but I was very pleasantly surprised with our salesman who seemed to genuinely care about finding us the best car within our budget. It was by far the best experience yet buying a car, and I left with buyers excitement instead of remorse. Thank you to my salesman, and to the Planet Nissan team.

Sometimes early morning can find some of us grumpy, but I know how to diffuse grumpy, All and all, very helpful when I need help with anything, Good service group.
