"Wonderful staff" Everyone has always been very nice and helpful with any questions and made me feel welcome. Facility is always clean and staff is always happy when you walk in. Except Ken... Ken is an xxxxxxx. Don’t ask for ken in the service department. He’s the reason I would not give this place 5 stars. Very rude.

"Exceeded our expectations. Thank you" I was told it would take an hour for my appt to make a duplicate key for my new car. It look closer to 30 minutes. The quick friendly service was appreciated.
"Lengthy waits but service is impeccable" Heath is an excellent svc provider. He wdnt let me leave till everything was ship-shape & a plan was in place. Truly appreciated as I haven't had svc like this since moving here 9/19. Keep up the good work!
