"Great service by Zach " Zach was the best adviser I have dealt with since purchasing two Nissans from Planet. He was waiting for me in the drive up when I got there. Got my car processed in a few minutes. recommended an additional service I needed and confirmed my cell number to let me know when the car was ready. "No problems " I've been taking my car for years to this service center and I've had nothing but great experience. My service representative kept me informed about what was going on with my car and even going so far to show me what part was needed to be replaced. I really appreciate how he explains what's going on with my car in a way that I can understand.
"AMAZING STAFF" I went in looking to trade in my vehicle. I had already made a list of desired vehicles and presented them to Geneeve. She was honest on my picks and we made the best pick for me. It was raining that day and I has my toddler with me. She was very considerate of us and even watched him as I filled out paperwork and made the whole process easy. Thank you 😊

"Dead Battery" My car wouldn't start then it eventually turned over after I waited a while. I didn't want to risk it so brought it in and Jose Rosales knew I was in a rush as I had to be at work for an important meeting. He did such a wonderful job, got me in and out, I ended up needing a new battery and made it to my meeting in time.
