Nothing spectacular, just a basic dealership service area. Customer Service was lacking from everyone from the guy who greeted me, to my Service Advisor and the Cashier. The young kid who brought me my car was nice

A few days ago, the battery of my Nissan Sentra, which was 32 days old at the time, just died. There was no reason why. After AAA jumped it, I drove straight to Planet Nissan Centennial, and the service department ran diagnostics. They said nothing was found, and charged it. The service was very good, and in a reasonable amount of time. Of course, I will keep an eye on the health of the battery.

Overall, service department did a good job. However, I offer criticism on 2 points: 1) it took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence upon arrival, and 2) I had to request a print-out of the inspection report done on the vehicle (I consider issuance of this report to be SOP).
