Our loan was a long process due to trying to refi our 2nd home out of state, but the communication lines between everyone at the branch remained "open". We felt like our business was important to them and they followed through to the closing.

Jon helped us with our initial home loan before and this time with the refinance loan. Him and Nancy have been very helpful from the start of the refinancing process. They were prompt in answering our queries the entire time and gave us a good deal! We just had one hiccup. This was when we did the closing signing. The lady seemed to be very disorganized with the paperworks. She gave us different sizes of papers and placed it in a carrier envelop.
