By far the best customer service that I have ever gotten anywhere. I felt so ignorant buying a house for the first time but all of the employees at platinum were happy to explain everything to me. I love my house! Thanks Platinum.

He even made the process of the underwriter (which from what I hear is normally a nightmare) go smoothly and pain free. I was impressed with his knowledge and his professionalism. I work a 9-5 schedule and had to email James at Platinum. He always responded within 12hours. I would not do a mortgage through anyone else. James made buying a home a easy stress free smooth transaction. The buyer to our home also used Platinum and said he would recommend all his friends and family as well to use them!

Faith was unbelievable in the handling of our loan and closing our mortgage early on a 30 day escrow. There wasn’t an obstacle to big or small that didn’t receive her full attention, and quick resolution. This was our fourth and best experience in purchasing a home because of Faith. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a home to have Faith Work for you!

Platinum Home Mortgage has a wonderful team. They work very hard to make sure their clients are happy and satisfied. I worked with a previous company and they had me believing I had been approved for a loan come to find out I was not approved at all and that was a big disappointment for my kids and me. I was refereed to Platinum Home Mortgage by Scott from Remax, I called their office and they were able to set up an appointment with me the next day. My appointment was at 5pm and by 630pm I was approved for the loan. Throughout the process I was able to get in contact with them very easily and if they were out of the office they contacted back in a timely manner. If you want professional service with a company who is very friendly and helpful Platinum Home Mortgage is the place to go.
