I communicated with Samuel Rodriguez to inquire about the possibility of refinancing my home. He quickly began to ask questions in order to assess my situation and provided different options/scenarios. He was very knowledgeable and genuine. In the end, we reached a conclusion that worked in my best interest. I will definitely be communicating with him for any future transactions and recommend others to do the same.
James was so friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend James to anyone I know that's looking to buy a home. Stayed in constant contact with us and always answered his phone when we called with questions or concerns. All paper work was always completed in a timely manner. If he said something would be completed on Monday then we new it would be done in Monday.
