Real, Nice Neighborhood I am now on my third annual lease here at Pointe Parc at St Johns. I have previously lived at a few other communities in the area, and without doubt, Pointe Parc is the best and here is why. From the friendly and welcoming office staff, to weekly landscaping and pest control, and nightly valet trash collection, the property looks clean and feels good, including the parking lots. Apartment The experience for the whole process was very pleasant and smooth thanks to Miss Raquel. I’m very excited for my move in date. The office and staff are very friendly and sweet. This whole process has been excellent and it couldn’t have gone any better.

Good value, good location, great staff! I have renewed my lease so I'm on my second year here. There is a whole new team that is MUCH MUCH better than the ones here when I first came. They help you solve problems quickly and have a cool, pleasant demeanor whenever you walk in. This location is awesome, close to everything you need. Reccommended!

So far so good I moved in back in Dec of 2022. The office staff has been so nice and friendly. They really made my move smooth and easy. The apartment is a nice size and was clean and ready for move. So far so good here!

Nice area, convenient! Been a tenant for a little over a year now, and so far no major issues. There has been some improvement made from the last management team. Nice area!

Maintenance comes out quick All my emergency maintenance requests are submitted and completed usually the next day. Very friendly and welcome employees
