Works great! It is a great pool cleaner and it does exactly as advertised I used mine 2-3 times a week. . It's an expensive purchase with expensive maintenance. Mine completely quit after 4 years and was going to be more expensive to repair than replace.

Works good We needed to replace this part for our Polaris vacuum. It acts up every now and than, both lights are flashing. We need to stop and restart it a few times and than it works. Not sure why as everything was checked and it working properly once we get it to start. We still happy that we didn't have to go buy a new cleaning unit and found the part we needed. Thank you.

... had this cleaner for 4 seasons and am quite happy with it I have had this cleaner for 4 seasons and am quite happy with it. It does get stuck on steps but not a problem as it does such a great job keeping a large pool clean. I gets the leaves from the bottom and all the fine sand that seems to come from who know where. I treat it gently and clean it after each use and I do untwist the cord now and then. Last week (August 30) I noticed only one side of the brushes were turning and it was having a hard time moving and turning. I took it into a Sylvan Pool store and the person at the counter took it apart in front of me and showed me one side of the motor died. Too bad the 2 motors and the pump are all in one part and the whole unit had to be replaced. It cost me $485 and it is like new. I'm still pleased with the product as mechanical things break down and they can be fixed. It cost less than half the price of a new unit so I felt it was worth fixing.

Great pool cleaner Great pool cleaner. It's so different than the old cleaners that lived full time in your pool. We actually named our old Polaris. You just plug this in, put it in the water, let it do it's thing and it will stop once it's run it's cycle. It's basically an expensive vacuum cleaner for your pool.
