Scott is hands down the best contractor in Wilmington. When we purchased our home, we knew we had a project on our hands, and after hearing horror stories about other contractors, we were nervous about what that project might look like for us. Scott is the only contractor we trust to work on our house. I'm a fairly handy guy that is stubborn and likes to try doing most projects myself.
