I had in home physical therapy after my total hip replacement surgery. Communication was exceptional if Ben was running late because of the weather. Exercise instructions were thorough and helpful. Ben was professional and easy to talk to. Scheduling was easy with very nice people. I would use them again.
My caregiver, Kristi, has truly been a blessing. Not only was she a skilled and dependable RN, but she was also exceptionally kind and compassionate, always treating me with dignity and respect. Im very happy to say Porter Hills care with PT With Drew Wagner was Great very Easy to work with Helped Me Very Much and Very Knowledgeable with what he was helping me with and alway Helpful ! Always a smile and easy to talk to ! I was told I didnt need OT that I was doing Good with that So I only met Lori Overbeek the 1 time seemed very Sweet as well .And Rachel Miller was Very Sweet and Helpful as well ! I had Porter Hills Home Health Care for therapy after total hip replacement surgery. The therapists were awesome. Very thorough, checked my med list and my list of exercises to aid in my recovery. I would recommend them to anyone considering home health care therapy.
Wonderful group to work with. My nurse Sara was amazing always available for questions excellent at making you feel comfortable and encouraged my along the way.
