Wonderful experience from start to finish! Diane talked is through figuring out what we wanted for our new flooring, and Lonnie had it installed in j just 5 days! (We had close to 950 sq. feet of floors to be done). Cannot say enough positive things about the whole process. Very happy customer!
We have had 2 projects done by Precision Flooring already. Kitchen floor installed and granite countertops. They are very professional, not pushy, they listen to your wants and needs. Their installation team is superb. I would highly recommend them to everyone looking for house updating
Riley’s assistance in planning for and scheduling our carpet installation was excellent. The actual install was perfect and we are so happy with it. We will definitely return to Precision for future flooring!
Amazing! I can't overstate how much I valued their communication. Over the past few years I've dealt with numerous contractors and Precision is one of the few that makes sure you know exactly what's going on and when. They get back to you within a few minutes of reaching out to them. That their product is great/affordable and their installers are knowledgeable, friendly and skilled is a bonus. There's a good reason they have nothing but 5 star reviews. Absolutely worth it.
We went to Precision to get an idea of what we wanted for new flooring for about 80% of our home. We were so impressed with Riley right off the bat, she was helpful but not pushy by any means which you typically feel at other stores. When we had questions she had the answers.
