Terrible company
This so called preferred flooring company SUCKS!!! I had a new construction home built by Sedgewick Homes almost 2 years ago. Sedgewick homes used this company to put down my floors ( carpet, hardwood , laminate flooring) . They did NOT glue down anything ( transistions are loose and cracked, air bubbles in rooms that have laminated flooring, one of hardwood boards loose and show a gap). I was told they would come back to do the repairs in a few weeks . Still chasing those clowns down to correct their poor craftsmans... read more
Apparently my review was deleted . We used this company through our property management company and I also referred a few of my vendors . The past 3 months of service , quality and scheduling has been a problem for all of us . We have had to submit invoices for damage ( on at least 3 jobs ) and yes we have been reimbursed , but this should not have happened . ) water damage from appliances not correctly removed during installation, supplies left after a job, holes in newly painted drywall, and the site left dirty with wat... read more
I have nothing bad to say about the quality of the work we received it was quite amazing. The problem we did have was the lady manager I think her name was Amber was a huge b word. She spoke down to me like I was less than her and then she was really rude to the guys working here. I cant believe she still has a job, just wow. Again the quality was great but I will never do business with this company again.
