Unfortunately, it was not a good experience. The LVT wood kitchen floor that was installed in March 2022 is falling apart (see pics). When I asked them about it a few weeks ago (approx 1.5 years after installation), the salesperson ran it up several levels of management and said my 1-year warranty had expired and I was on my own. My expectation (and prior experiences) is that LVT wood flooring would last 10-15 years if installed properly. I was obviously disappointed they wouldn't stand by their work a bit longer... I wish I could give less than 1 star. This company is literally terrible. I’ve waited more than two months for a fix on my floors. They have scheduled to come over three times already and each time, they haven't shown up. They lack professionalism.
I was initially told my job would take at least two days. The crew removed old carpet and laminate in a 2300 sq ft house in six hours. They handled our furniture with care and were extremely sensitive to what my requests were. If I had more hands then I would give them more than two thumbs up. Great job Team! You exceeded our expectations.
Super pleased with the services that were provided. Tomo was great, he was communicative and throughly explained how the process would go. Gabby was a great help during the scheduling process. Rich and Justin who did the repair were really nice and worked really quick. The floor looks awesome! 10/10 recommend!
We first met with Daniel at Preferred. He was so helpful in helping us design and choose flooring and tile for our new home. He designed the shower bench and shower door exactly how we pictured it. Then I met with Kevin on site to discuss how we wanted the tile and he has been the most detailed and easiest person to work with that I have met onsite for our entire project.
