Had to login to my other email in order to update on yet again the poor work from this company. They resent the crew from before to “fix” the work but nothing has truly been fixed at all and I have attached pictures to show what I mean. Not only are there cosmetic issues but more trip hazards, they did not properly remove all of the thin set under the removed tile so the flooring is uneven when you walk and has multiple dips. Most unprofessional company. Inspector Mark came to my home to complete the inspection for the estimate, stated “I can see exactly what the issue is & we will get this estimate completed so work can start”. Then received a call from Ana(office) after the estimate was written & approved to set up a date, during that phone call she tried to assure me that it would only be a 1 day job & nothing more & tried to convince me to get the work done the day before thanksgiving, which I declined because I knew the work would not take 1... read more
Zero stars would be too many! They came and pulled up a floor then replaced it within 2 hours. It was so rushed and horrible, but there was nothing I could do because of the language barrier! All I could do was reach out to my property management company Invitation homes to report how disappointed I was now here I am stuck with a bill to pay because of the incompetence on both parts .
Great communication, easy scheduling, installation was scheduled for the next day. The 2 techs that came out to replace our carpet did an AMAZING job. They were very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently.
Unfortunately, it was not a good experience. The LVT wood kitchen floor that was installed in March 2022 is falling apart (see pics). When I asked them about it a few weeks ago (approx 1.5 years after installation), the salesperson ran it up several levels of management and said my 1-year warranty had expired and I was on my own. My expectation (and prior experiences) is that LVT wood flooring would last 10-15 years if installed properly. I was obviously disappointed they wouldn't stand by their work a bit longer...
