Heather and Jill have what it takes to design a beautiful home. This was a fantastic experience! The workers that installed the flooring and tile knew what they were doing. I would definitely recommend them! Premier flooring and design is the place to go for everything in your home!
Very, very disappointed with this company. I spent over $13k to have new hardwood floors installed, as well as some original hardwood floors sanded and refinished. I paid extra for their “high traffic” sealer because we have a dog (even though he lives outside during the day and only comes in at night - we also have his nails cut monthly). Anyway, I loved my floors at first, however they’re now covered in deep scratches and gouges. We were looking at changing our floors after we had some water damage. Eric did a great job of showing us the options Premier Flooring had. Their prices were quite reasonable. Charles was our main contact person at Premier Flooring. Anytime we needed to ask questions or follow up on something, he was always quick to answer and make sure we were well taken care of. The Good, The Bad, The Incompetent, we have experienced them all! We thought the floors in our 3-year-old house were the right choice at the time, eventually deciding to add the same flooring to the second floor, we found a local company that claimed they could match the flooring and perform the work necessary to match the stairway and landing. I have no words to explain how excited and happy I am with the results of my new floors. Installation went smoothly with incredibly knowledgeable and professional installers. My floors are sparkling, magnificent, solidly installed. My brother really liked how it turned out and is planning to do something similar at his house.
