A wonderful experience from start to finish. Chuck even brought carpet samples to our home so that we wouldn’t have to make the 45 minute drive to the store. The installers were wonderful and respectful. Karen was fabulous and took our deposit and payment over the phone, making the whole process smooth and easy.
It’s been a struggle to complete our upstairs, and we’ve had some really rough contractors working up there, but Premier was the absolute best group of folks to finish it out. The carpet is beautiful and I am in love with the vinyl in my office area. Thanks again!

The staff was very helpful at the store and didn't try to make us push our budget at all. The guys that came over to install the carpet (in 3 bedrooms) were very nice and respectful as well. The carpet itself is very nice and we are very happy with it and the experience with this company as a whole. Would definately recommend.

When I entered the store I was promptly greeted and a genuine concern for what kinda carpet I needed for my home.After deciding on the type of carpet was handed samples to take home to pick my colors.Next day Chuck comes out measures my rooms and within an hour of getting back to his office emailed me a quote.Chuck worked hard to get what I wanted to fit in the budget I set aside.Install finished today and I can say in the day in a half the crew spent putting down my carpet I never saw them take a break.Once work was completed they did a walk thru and wanted to make sure I was 100 percent satisfied.I can say that everything went perfect and I love my carpet.I don't do reviews but I made an exception here first class people to deal with.Thanks again

Premiere Carpets just installed carpet and padding in our bonus room in ONE HOUR! It looks great! We shopped around a little and they also had the best prices. We placed our order just last week and already have a room full of beautiful carpet! We have used Premiere Carpets several times and the staff has always been EXTREMELY helpful!
