Just installed new luxury vinyl. Looks great! Easy to work with, knowledgeable. Very helpful in choosing the right flooring for our future needs, pets and waterproofing. Easy scheduling. The sample didn't quite match the actual delivered product which I gather is common but they really wanted us to be satisfied so brought down other options. We chose to move ahead. I won't knock premiere for a manufacturer issue. Shop local!

I purchased carpet and lvp flooring from Premier recently. I went to numerous stores in nearby towns and found that Premier had just as good of a selection to choose from and the pricing was reasonable. The sales people were very knowledgeable and patient with me. I went in several times to look and ask questions. We had our own installer but they helped me just as if they were the ones that would be installing. I am pleased with my experience and definitely would do business with them again.
We are very happy with the flooring choices we made. The store has a large variety to choose from and staff were able to answer all my questions. The customer service was excellent, from the showroom to the desk to the installation. If I ever need flooring again, I will go back to Premiere Flooring in Lebanon.
They are so friendly and accommodating. Spencer was sure to keep our budget in mind when helping us pick out flooring. He shared valuable insight and knowledge to help us make the best choice. The floors are installed and they look amazing! I highly recommend Premiere.
