Birdeye Now Integrates with Acuity Scheduling, Lightspeed, and PerioVision in addition to 1,000+ Other Systems

Birdeye has announced integrations with three new business systems - Acuity Scheduling, Lightspeed, and PerioVision, in addition to the 1,000+ CRM integrations that Birdeye already supports. These new integrations will allow thousands of businesses to automatically collect customer feedback and leverage it for better customer experience.

Here’s a breakdown of each one of the new integrations.

Acuity Scheduling

Acuity Scheduling is an online scheduling software used by more than 50,000 businesses. The easy-to-implement integration helps businesses send review requests to sites like Google and Facebook automatically.

Lightspeed

Lightspeed is a cloud-based point of sale (POS) solution used by restaurant owners, and retailers in verticals like apparel, footwear, bike, jewelry, pet, sporting goods, and home decor. Businesses can send review requests after a store visit and effortlessly collect reviews on 150+ review sites.

PerioVision

PerioVision is an Electronic Health Record Management system used by surgical periodontists. PerioVision helps periodontal practitioners simplify their clinical tasks through cloud-based software. The integration helps healthcare practitioners send out review and survey requests after patient appointments and build a steady flow of online reviews.
