We really appreciated the friendly and professional service Bryan, with Prestige Carpet & Flooring provided, Bryan was very attentive to our needs and made great recommendations. The installation of our carpet and hardwood floors are of the upmost quality. However, the quality of replacing furniture back where it belonged was a bit inconsistent, and some of the rugs were not replaced properly, which created a trip hazard. Bryan was really helpful through the entire process, he listened to what we were looking for and gave us great suggestions for engineered hardwood and carpet. His team was very meticulous and did a great job removing our old floors and installing the new ones. His prices were also much cheaper than quotes we were given by competitors. Bryan and his team were fast, friendly and professional, I highly recommend them!
I bought tile for backsplash and had THREE contractors/tile companies cancel on me for install. One called the day of his appointment saying he had a larger job (regardless that I was on the schedule first - and they didn’t reschedule, just cancelled). Prestige came when I called, let me know there was an unexpected opening and they could get me in early. We highly recommend Prestige Carpet! Bryan helped us choose a great carpet for whole house after we had burst water pipes. Installers were professional and very courteous and did a fantastic job! Seaming is perfect. After going through the stress of getting a flooded house dry we now feel like we are in a brand new house! So happy.
