Ida was highly responsive and her deep knowledge of this ins and outs of the mortgage loan process made my loan possible. The loan was complex, and we ran into a few surprises along the way, but each time Ida found a way to make the numbers work. In this area (northern virginia), people need lenders who are responsive and available to run the numbers and get things filed ASAP because things move so quickly. We knew we could rely on Ida to do that and she didn't fail! Despite things moving quickly, we didn't feel like Ida rushed us at all. She was always willing to talk with us and answer questions (and we had a lot) and explain things so we felt like we had a good sense of how things we were working and could make informed decisions
