In 2006, Ida and her team were referred to us by some close friends when we purchased our first home. 13 years later, Darlene and I now consider Ida a close friend and have remained in contact. When it came time to sell and upgrade to a larger home, Ida was our go to. I wouldnít have considered using anyone else. We trust Ida and have been referring her to family and friends for the last 13 years.

Ida was very helpful and provided numerous loan options for us so that we had a choice in what would work best for us. She provided various charts and breakdowns of the numbers that allowed us to fully understand our options. There was never any pressure or sales pitch. Ida always made sure we we comfortable with the choices and was always available to answer and questions or concerns that we may have had. Ida made it great. She doubled as my therapist. I never felt pressured to do something I wasn't comfortable with, and when I was uncomfortable (which was often) she showed us with numbers what was doable. She helped us realize all options to keep our mortgage as low as possible. I hope that anyone buying a house is able to work with someone as amazing as Ida.

Ida from day one was honestly committed to assisting me through this very tedious process as, I was simultaneously going through a divorce. Ida, kept the discipline level up at all times even though as I was not being a responsive as I should have. Furthermore, she was very empathetic of my situation as I was going through a very hard time. She was extremely professional but also provided motherly emotional support and for that, I will always be thankful. She is remarkable!
