Ida helped make the financial aspect of buying a home for the first time really make sense. She spent quality time walking through different financial scenarios and situations and looked for rates, programs, etc. that fit my situation as a first-time buyer. The home loan analysis tool was very useful in breaking out costs and comparing options side by side. Ida was always prompt in updating the analysis as needed and kept me updated throughout the entire loan process from start to finish

Ida was incredibly helpful throughout the home buying process. As a first time home buyer I had no idea what to expect, but Ida helped guide me through every step of the way. The constant sharing of information and the attention to detail. The process was smooth to upload documents to a secured website and electronically sign. Although I have a busy schedule, Ida would contact me in the evenings after work. She reminded me of crucial deadlines and made sure that everything was done timely.
