Prompt service was NOT what I expected.... You generally don't get contractors who deliver what they promise, when they promise it. I was VERY pleasantly suprised by the level of service and professionalism that Carpet One delivers.

Horrible customer service, bought wood floor. They told me I could float it, the compay said it can not be floated. Then found out the wood had manufacture problems.
