On time, gave chimney a thorough inspection and cleaning and gave me green light for continued use of fireplace.

$129 for a 10 minute cleaning seems a bit high.

You have to remember, there's 2 guys that come out who are trained and have been doing this for years. Bottom line, your chimney is now clean by professionals... whether it took 15 mins or 1 hour, we should not be penalized for doing what we do in a timely manner.
They were able to come out the next day. Very friendly and professional technician. Inspected, installed caps and explained my chimney's particular setup.

Had a ruff start, the day of the inspection the truck broke down coming to my house. I was called right away and rescheduled for the next appointment. The tech did a a great job and was up front in his assessment of my problem and did not sell me anything I did not need to repair my chimney.
