I would NOT recommend getting any carpet from ProSource in Charlotte. We recently bought carpet and worked with Kamar, who was very nice. The carpet was delivered to our house and when the installers showed up and unrolled the carpet, it was the wrong carpet. Long story short, the display board in the store was labeled wrong. So our installers charged us for a day of labor which was understandable. We had to wait another week in a house with ripped up carpet until it arrived.
