Went there for the first time on Saturday to look for flooring for our basement renovation. Luckily the first person we met was Paula, an Account Manager. She was incredible -just what I needed! I gave her an idea of what l was looking for and within 10 minutes she had picked out a number of different samples and options. Although we have not installed or finished the project yet (stay tuned), Paula was wonderful to deal with and let us take 4 samples home with us to consider. She was just what I needed!!!
