I've visited recently, we're looking for a copper slate tiles, the two middle age associates were sitting by computers acted bothered, although the was no other customers around. They had no idea what the slate tile was and told us they were bussy told us; 'just go look'. I am currently remodeling my bathroom. Mary has been super helpful! She is very knowledgeable and professional. She was very quick to help me every time I came in the store and had a quote for me that night. I also used ProSource in 2017 for my kitchen remodel and had a great experience. They have quality products for a good price.
Needed to make some fast decisions which Matt was very helpful doing. Also, the options available and overall quality was far greater than any other tile supplier.
Recently purchased cabinets, countertops schluter pan and setting materials. My salesman Bruce is always helpful. Andy is a true professional with kitchen design. Prosource is a great resource to help contractors stay competitive as well as keep my projects on time.
Disappointing at best, I have purchased from the store before. I recently was at the store and seen Matt Lapperre for a quote on aprox. 460 square feet of LVT. The price was higher than 2 other prices I received. I forwarded the other quote to Matt showing the quote I received. I stated that if they could match the price to let me know, or I would purchase from the other vendor. I did not receive a response from Pro-Source. There was a $250.00 difference.
