I've really enjoyed working with the Pro Source team. Emily and Adam both worked diligently with us to choose carpet and design and choose cabinets and hardware. We had multiple consultations to get things just right and both (along with the rest of the employees) were so kind and accommodating and loved my dog Dixie when she would visit with me. The purpose of this review is to give an accurate description of our experience in buying flooring from ProSource in Rancho Cordova. The total price we paid for the flooring (LVP and carpet) for our home came to about $11,000. The team at Pro Source is unmatched. I am always greeted quickly and I feel they all work together to make sure each others' clients are well taken care of. I had an excellent experience working with Kristi at ProSource of Sacramento. She has a great personality, is extremely helpful, and truly goes above and beyond for her customers. Her customer service is top-notch — friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. She even helped my mother get into an emergency dentist appointment when we were in a tight spot, which is far beyond what anyone would expect. That level of kindness and effort really stands out. Highly recommend working with her!
