We purchased over1,200 square feet of solid strand bamboo flooring from ProSource in 2013, which, come to find out, was way more then we needed. We started seeing problems of cupping within a couple of months of the instalation. After I contacted the company it took them seven months to get the manufacturers inspector to come to our home, and no one from ProSource even came with the inspector.
