Been dealing with Prosouce for about 15-20 years now and service is always and very competitive pricing as well.
The store has nice stuff, and I like the idea of being able to design and see what I'm paying for. However, the reviews about customer service are on point. It's Pretty bad. I felt like they didn't care whether they sold us any thing either way. The designer never returns calls. One day I called trying to get a hold of her, because I was told she would contact me to schedule a design appointment, didn't happen.
