We bought a rug from ProSource which was delivered back in July 2022. Since we have put it in place, the rug has been shedding like crazy - we have to vacuum-clean it every couple of days. We've made several attempts over the past six months to find a solution with ProSource without success. We have spent over 2000 USD on this rug, and it is worst quality than the 200-300 USD rugs that we have bought on Wayfair. Where do I begin? We had used Pro Source for our needs when renovating our kitchen 5 years ago. We loved our experience then, so when we were able to redo our master bathroom, we naturally went back to them. This time we started from scratch, new everything. I ordered tile that I was told could be returned. Not the case the tile is still in the box and they will not accept the return. Be very careful about buying tile here! I got burned hopefully you won't.
