Headlights were shipped quickly, arrived in good shape. I really like the look of the lights, but.. Even with the HID I still don't have as much light as I would like. Shifted the HID to the high beam side-most of my driving I can use high beams, but still not enough light. There is a few seconds of warmup when the HID are switched on, not good when you can't see for several hundred yards at night in the mountains. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I ordered a set of headlights, and was told shortly after that the order was on back order, and I would be refunded my money. With that being said, I ordered headlights from somewhere else. Then, this place emails me that my headlights have been shipped. Utterly confused, I email them to figure out what was going on. ProTuningLab strikes me as a company run by very immature teenagers. They will tell you what tever you want to hear and even lie, just to get you off the phone so they can get back to their games. Ordered headlight lenses for Honda Accord. They did come quickly and I started putting them on. Once installed and tested, the turn signals showed a short circuit. Worst customer service I've ever received from an online "business". The company sent me an email confirming my headlight purchase shortly after I'd completed the billing info which I was pleased with and the next day I received an email to inform me that my order had been shipped and even included a tracking number to help me follow my package on the UPS website. YOU'LL REGRET PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM PROTUNINGLAB.COM I'd rate it zero stars but that's not possible. No xenon bulbs included in spite of the item showing them on his website. Seller was not apologetic, was rude, and threatened to hit me for a restocking fee since I made him pay for my return shipping. I have had a ton of trouble with these guys. They have the worst customer service I've ever seen! I've had better customer service from a man preparing his daughter's funeral! After my original purchase, a week went by without any contact with them. After my product didn't arrive for a week, I called them (took nearly 20 calls to get a hold of them) and they couldn't accept some information on my credit card. Placed an order and got a confirmation that my order was shipped. When I hadn't heard anything in a week I checked the tracking and it said it was never shipped so I called and was told that the order has yet to be picked up from protuninglabs. I called 10+ times throughout the day without a single answer, just the pre-recorded voicemail, I also sent emails. ProTuning is the WORST company to order from. I have gone so far as to ask Amazon to remove them from their list of vendors. Company sent us defective merchandise. Tried to call several times. They don't answer. The will only reply to emails. After several days of going back and forth and being told by ProTuning to send the item back. We did. $60 to ship the headlights back.
