I have been living here for about 2 years, and it has diffidently been a journey. I never really had many issues with my unit, but it was clear the property was not being managed properly. Although there was poor management before, I can confidently say I have seen a significant difference with the new management we have on the property. The staff is professional and fixed all of my issues in a timely and efficient matter. Things are starting to look up and it reminds me of why I wanted to move here in the first place.

Verified Renter Providence Court is a lovely diverse community. The residents are respectful and quiet. The amenities are a nice perk. Maintenance is quick to resolve issues and the office staff helpful and responsive. The only part that I feel needs real improvement is the valet trash. I was excited about this service at first. However, it is unwelcoming to have trash cans and spillage at your front door 24/7. Other than that the grounds are nicely maintained.
