The combination of yoga and puppies is the perfect blend of calm and chaos which brings serenity to all who are lucky enough to have the experience. Every week the puppies change which allows for a wonderfull joyous experience and find which puppies work for you! I always come away happy and calm and always wanting more!!!

I had a great time at Puppy Yoga Sydney!! We had two litters in the room, and were fortunate to be interacting with a puppy for about 75% of the class. The yoga instructor was lovely, and continued the class the whole time, for people to join in whenever. Would definitely recommend this experience!!
