I can’t say enough great things about this company. The customer service was outstanding from choosing materials, coordinating delivery and the delivery itself. They worked with me for all my needs and I can’t thank them enough. Very, very reliable. I’ll definitely be back for my other upcoming flooring projects.
The installation crew of Mike, Chris, John and James were skilled at their job. They were courteous and professional during the entire 2 day installation. They clean up at the end of the job and move everything back in its place to my wife’s satisfaction. I would recommend this crew for all carpet installations.
Drew is the man who came and installed my tile. He was AMAZING .. it is so hard to find people that do great work and are trustworthy. This man was personable and his work is just perfect. From start to finish he treated my home and family (kids dogs me and my husband) with respect. As for Quality Carpets this is my third time using them ( carpet bamboo hardwood and tile). It was a really good experience all three times.
Quality Carpet worked around my schedule to Install my new carpets. Very professional carpet looks beautiful. Would recommend them. from the service desk that worked with me to find the perfect color.

We had a great experience with Quality Carpets from their showroom to installation. Our Installers I can't say enough about. Mike, Mike Jr. and Tony couldn't do enough to please us,their work was superior! We had steps that weren't the run of the mill and they had to do a lot of persision cuts and we couldn't have been happier with the results!! I would use them again in a heart beat. You can tell they take great pride in their work. All in all we had a great experience and I would highly recommend Quality Carpets!
