Due to a flood, we had to replace all of the carpeting in our house. We were more than pleased with both Terry and the installers. We have cats and asked for animal friendly carpet and Terry was very helpful in finding the right ones. It has been almost a year since the flood, and we are still very happy with the choices we made.
