Quality Flooring in Columbia has some of the most precious employees! They have a Foundation for a former employee (Mike Wallace) who loved to be a blessing for others. My mom was selected as one of the recipients to be blessed with some flooring! They were so helpful, way beyond any expatiations of a company! Our experience with Quality Flooring was great from the showroom to the installation. Graycee was so helpful with giving us a variety of great material/color choices. The installers were so helpful in moving our large furniture items and did an excellent job putting the flooring down. The completed project is Perfect!! Highly Recommended!!
Quility Flooring installed our floor a year ago. We have had some issues with our subflooring due to the rain and humidity. Mr. John came in told us how to handle the issue...now their relaying the floor. We really appreciate everything he has done!!!! He's employees have been awesome! Everything has be Great!!! Sorry but based on my experience, which was by no means great. Not worth the 4hrs it took to get there. On top of that the 3 women that were in this small space weren't very friendly, with barely a hello, meaning basically no greeting. I guess as long as they where getting a paycheck nothing else mattered. Was charged for the incorrect width and length and when it was a obvious mistake on her end she flipped it around like it was my fault.
