Stop by to see their selection. After 10:00 a.m. in the morning and still not open. Looked more like a home than a business. No sign on the door saying they were closed for the day. Guess we will not be using these people for our flooring needs.

Quality has done the floors in the last 3 homes I’ve owned and the experience has always been top shelf and this last time was no different. Cherie is very knowledgeable and helpful. The two installers were very professional, fast and did a great job. But, in addition they actually enjoyed their work!! Thank you quality. I have two more rooms to do and I’ll be calling you.

The employees who work in the showroom are very professional and knowledgeable. We ordered some luxury vinyl tile to replace the floors in a remodel we are working on. We picked out the tile and in exactly 7 days time there was a professional floor installer at our door ready to install. Josh was very professional, meticulous and efficient. There were a lot of areas in our floor that needed leveling and he was able to do that prior to laying the floor. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs new floors!

We ordered our flooring and tile in Sept of 2023. Now February of 2024, What we received vs. What we ordered is not even remotely close to each other. Not to mention 11 days shy of moving in we find out that our backsplash HAS YET TO EVER BE ORDERED!!!!! This place has a lot going on but organization and details aren't one of them. It's sad to see a good business go down hill so badly.
