Happened upon Quantum in a Google search. After my call AJ responded very quickly and we went to their showroom which is quite expansive. On installation day, father and son installers Sidnei and Abner showed up right on time at 9:00 am. The job is on the second floor and they worked hard all day with a short lunch break. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the ease of choosing our floor to the professionalism of the installers. The quality they offer is better than you find in the box stores, and the price was fair. They worked well with the city and with our building management.
A pleasant experience from start to finish! From the showroom to the installation everyone we dealt with was professional and very nice. The finished floor looks great! We are happy we chose Quantum Floors and would highly recommend them to anyone.
The men were very nice and helpful. They properly and efficiently reconnected all the wires that had to be disconnected. We love the floor.
I think it was a difficult job due to the design of our stairs but Quantum found the right solution. We asked them to come back and find a solution for an area we were not satisfied with. They sent the service guys back and they took care of our concern without any problems. We would recommend Quantum to our friends and family without hesitation.
