We’ve been live here for two years. No huge complaints. Convenient location: close to Max station, groceries, shops. Friendly staff in office. Con.: no charge station for EV, would be nice to have it.

We have lived here for 6 years and it’s the best spot for us ever is near by from the max to the grocery stores and great neighbors for apartments no one is loud or makes problems. Security walks around at night and checks everything out. Maintenance is great just one call and they will come out right away to fix anything.

Our family has lived here for almost 14 years now, in three different apartments. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. Maintenance two thumbs up. When we call with a problem they are here with in 24 hours in most cases, even if it’s after their normal hours. The complex is dog friendly with pet sanitation bag dispensers and waste cans. Great community very kid friendly dog friendly complex we have a great maintenance team and staff
I've been living in Quatama Crossing for 15 years and my experience living here is pretty present. Quatama Crossing has an efficient office team, excellent maintenance team, close to the max station, and always has clean and beautiful appearance. Their rent is lower than market rate and inside apartment is very spacious. All these make Quatama Crossing attractive place to live. I intend to stay here as long as I can.
