We ordered a red cabinet for our new home and we were looking forward to its arrival! It was completely damaged when we got it! We called Kip Minnameier, our salesperson. He came and got the cabinet on his day off with his son. He said they would take it upstairs at RC Willey and it would be just like new in a few days! It looked like brand new when we went and got it! Kip came out and met us when we picked it up and he made some adjustments on it before we brought it home! There is not a better salesperson than Kip!
I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the service I have received from RC Willey thus far, specifically concerning the extended warranty on the furniture set (table and chairs) we purchased for $3,101.76. DO NOT buy a Samsung front load washer , after the first month your clothes will smell musty,the salesman get a kickback from Samsung for selling them, RC Wiley has been awesome on some things for warranty ,they would not do anything about the washer . the Samsung repair guy said all their front loaders smell after a while .they want you to run a cleaning cycle all the time it takes 4 hours that’s bullcrap.
Terrible that after living without a refrigerator for a month because theirs broke down they still haven’t replaced it. They attempted once and stole from my home. Horrible, horrible company treating a family like this.
Worst store ive ever done business with.good products,great delivery and setup people and salespeople.thsts where it ends.imcompetant untrained customer service people,horrible communication ,if you ever have a warranty claim good luck,questionable training of repair people,but mostly a disorganized office and extented warranty dept.avoid this place if u can.lots of other choices.8 weeks and my problems with them are ongoing even after my first 1 star reviw
Purchase $3800 worth of merchandise at RC Willey. . When I went to go pay, all the cashier windows were closed. There were plenty of staff standing around behind the counter, none willing to take my money. Finally found someone to take my hard earned money. This store has an extreme way of exaggerating the service at the time sale. I will never use the store again the customer service is unbelievably horrible. My sectional which is only 15 months old have cushions that are breaking down. RC Willey will order the cushion cores but they won’t install them and I will have to go to Reno from Fernley to pick them up. Horrible horrible service! I purchased a bed frame on Monday this week. The sales person who took my payment, never requested a ship date for the bed frame and told me it would be ready on Wednesday. I went to pick up my bed frame and found out it was never shipped! Then, the customer service person told me that it may be in Thursday or Friday.
