In 1970, our founder Richard Hook started a retail flooring store in Hudson, NH called Mister Carpet. In 1982, he decided to focus all of his attention on the commercial flooring market as Southern New Hampshire experienced explosive growth and he started R. Fraser Company. From there we have grown to be one of the most respected flooring contractors in the region completing projects in all 6 New England States as well as New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. This was a great experience from start to finish. Mark was great to work with. He came to our house to measure everything then provided multiple quote options. My wife and I purchased LVP flooring and installed it ourselves in our bedroom. Mark provided plenty of tips for a successful installation. For our stairs and upstairs hall, we had them install carpeting. DJ and Joey did a fantastic job. They were professional and did a high quality job. Mark and the team at R. Fraser were a pleasure to work with. Their pricing was more than fair and beat out several other quotes we received for our project, without all the nickel and diming and line items for things like trim removal and replacement. Flooring and carpet selection was great. Mark even went out of his way to order a larger sample of one of our choices so we could see more of the details of the grain.
