I had water damage in my basement a little while ago and it saturated about 30% of the carpet in my basement. I called them on a Friday and Jimmy gave me recommendations on drying out the carpet so that mold wouldn’t grow until he can come out and fix it. He was there the next day stretching the carpet that shrunk and blended it so that you couldn’t see the seam I cut. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my flooring needs.
Pictures speak for themselves. Gaps along the entire wall. When asked to correct it, the owner Jimmy denied this was there work, huh? I have receipts and there name is written all over this. We have extra flooring - easy fix. My son even offered to pay again to have it fixed. Nothing from them. Very disappointed in the loyalty to their customers. Customer service is key!
