We came across Rainbow Flooring at the Home Show in Raleigh. Gail was very personable and seemed to be well versed on flooring. We had her present us with a quote to sand and refinish our floors. When we met her she told us we could have our floors any color we wanted. Gail's pricing was better than the quotes our Contractor presented us with so we went with her. They are very customer driven. My experience of excellent. Sales person came out and helped with us a solution to give us more cabinet space. Provided custom cabinet and granite counter tops. They also pulled up our carpet downstairs and installed new wood floors. Pricing was very reasonable and fair.
This company was patient, kind and very informative. I was grateful for their help and I will certainly use them again in the future.
