This is a nice family oriented place to live. The park does a thorough job of making sure it is safe for all by doing background checks. My mom and brother has lived there over 10 years and my sister and her family. They do things for the kids sometimes also. It still seems a very nice place for families. They control traffic with speed bumps.
I've been here over 20 years. As an owner and as a renter. As a teenager and now a middle aged man, with his own family. I have seen a ton of changes, but the things that have not changed are the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. The kind and always helpful staff. The quick and correctly completed maintenance. The affordable prices, and the quiet peaceful community. You are close to all needed business and services, but far enough away to not deal with the downsides of that. Nice little neighborhood. I have lived there for 27 years and have never had any issues. They have high standards to keep the community nice and people are friendly. The facility management is friendly and helpful.
Amazing neighborhood for families! Quiet, extra parking available (no parking on the street with plenty of spaces available for overflow, so the streets look nice and clean). The management is so kind, maintenance available and easy to put in a work order to get something fixed. Can't complain here!
