My experience with the associate was outstanding from the time he greeted me when I entered the appliance department. He was very welcoming and resourceful! I told him what I was looking for in the way of a new new refrigerator and selected a few models and after discussing the pro’s and cons, we settled on the perfect model that totally met my needs! Jett was great he understood what we wanted easy pleasant sale. Happy with our new table we wanted to downsize and just perfect for our space. Picking it up guys at pick up very pleasant. We have a few pieces of furniture from RC Willey highly recommend has something for everyone great prices. No pushy Sales people.

If I could give a negative rating, I would. Bought a top load washer from RC Willey. The delivery and installation came with the Blue Rewards membership. Had our washer installed on the second floor of our new build house. After 3 weeks, drain house popped out of the plumbing excursion box and flooding our second floor. Hired a plumber and per report it was not a plumbing issue and instead an installation issue. Reached out to RC Willey to help us out but they would’t take responsibility of the water damage.
