My first time having work done at Reading Dental Associates went very smooth. Dr Park did very well performing a root scaling (deep cleaning underneath the gums at the root) for my first time as his assistant was always ready to remove excess fluid buildup in my mouth with the suction tube..was told it should take around an hour to complete, but took a half hour once the scaling began. I’ll give 5 out of 5 stars for my first visit
They were very attentive, explained each process and explained the extractions perfectly, cared about how I felt. They were amazing, and made me giggle during my extractions. Thank you for this dentist office, I'm very grateful. I only wish to get my partials sooner than said. Either way they are wonderful people.
I was super embarrassed that I hadn’t seen a dentist since pre pandemic. The entire process was easy and quick. I made my appointment on line, filled out my paperwork and was seen the same week. Everyone from reception to Dr. Park made me feel really comfortable.
The high stars must be from the previous dentist/owner. My husband went for a simple problem that needed a bond and they insisted it was likely a root canal and crown. He left and made an appointment with Reading Dental (not Reading Dental Associates, our mistake) and the experienced dentist there fixed his tooth quickly, with no pain. He was very personable and has 30 years experience.
The team at Reading Dental are wonderful humans. I’m very happy with the work and the experience. From the front desk to the dental chair I was met with friendly faces.
