Overall, my experience was extremely positive. I didn't feel I was overcharged and my questions were answered promptly over email from various members of the team with nothing getting dropped through the cracks. The only reason I am not giving a five star is because at times I did not fully understand what the current state of my settlement were and occasionally the clarification required me to google what certain legal terms meant in the state of Georgia.
