General competence. Lisa was great, but seems to be the o ly piece of the puzzle actually capable of doing what she's paid to do. She's also the only one that would respond when I called her. Rachel on the front end sold me on service and expertise that the staff very obviously isn't capable of living up to.

We just felt that The proper income and supporting documents should have been used prior to going to underwriting rather than having to submit more income and docs to get the loan approved.
